Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene was interrupted mid-sentence when her interviewers spotted Doug Mastriano outside Donald Trump's rally in Pennsylvania.

Greene, a Republican from Georgia, spoke at length to Right Side Broadcasting Network hosts prior to the start of Saturday's rally in Wilkes-Barre.

But at one point, a commotion can be heard as Mastriano, the Republican nominee for Pennsylvania governor, arrived.

"Doug Mastriano," RSBN's Brian Glenn said, before he darted quickly behind Greene, who was still speaking.

Glenn and his co-anchor are seen waving in an effort to get to Mastriano's attention without luck. "We'll get him inside," Glenn then says, before returning his attention to Greene.

"I look forward to meeting him and talking about, talking to him about his plans for Pennsylvania as governor," Greene said.

While speaking to RSBN, Greene also said President Joe Biden's speech on Thursday was "a dog whistle for violence against me."

In the speech, Biden said Trump and MAGA Republicans "represent an extremism that threatens the very foundation of our republic."

Biden warned "MAGA forces" are "determined to take this country backwards" to an era with fewer civil rights.

"This is who the Democrats are," Greene said. "They're using their position of power and they have declared war on all of us because Joe Biden basically said in his speech that we're the enemies of the state and he's calling us extremists. And so that's a dog whistle of violence against MAGA Republicans and it is a continued dog whistle of violence against me."

Greene has also attacked Biden's remarks on Twitter in recent days.

She tweeted a doctored video on Thursday night that showed Biden with a Hitler mustache, writing alongside it: "I guess when President Butterbeans is frail, weak, and dementia ridden, the Hitler imagery was their attempt to make him look 'tough' while he declares war on half of America as enemies of the state."

Greene continued her attack when she took the stage on Saturday night.

"I love you too, every single one of you," she told the crowd. "But Joe Biden has declared all of you extremist. Joe Biden has declared that half of this country are enemies of the state."

She also pushed baseless claims that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from Trump.

"President Trump won the 2020 election," she said, to cheers from the crowd. "That's right. We know President Trump won."

Newsweek has contacted Greene's spokesperson for further comment.
